Mr. Janmenjoy Banerjee serves as Director – Ethics & Compliance and is a seasoned auditor, trainer, and compliance professional with over 30+ years of experience across management system certification, social compliance, regulatory frameworks, training, and organizational governance. His background spans quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, information security, food safety, and social accountability systems across diverse sectors including simulator manufacturing, education, food processing, insurance, and certification. He has conducted more than 6,000 audit man-days and 300 training man-days, working across 20+ countries on international project & compliance program and has also been actively involved in the research, development, testing, and implementation of marine simulators.
Mr. Banerjee has held leadership and advisory roles in certification bodies, insurance broking, and food processing companies, where he has been responsible for compliance governance, strategic planning, internal controls, regulatory alignment, and capability development. His experience includes designing management systems, leading multi-location compliance programs, developing audit methodologies, and supporting export and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.
In his current role, he focuses on strengthening ethics and compliance frameworks, overseeing social compliance audits, supporting certification operations, and contributing to the effective implementation of international standards in alignment with organizational policies and global best practices.

He is a member of APSCA and has significant experience in regional leadership, operational management, auditor development, and professional training. His background reflects strong knowledge of global supply chain expectations and compliance frameworks, supporting IQMC Global’s established presence and operations in Indonesia and the wider region.
Mr. Pratap Menon serves as the Country Head for the United Kingdom at IQMC Global. He brings over 15 years of professional experience in programme management, governance, risk oversight, and operational leadership across regulated environments, including financial services and public sector organizations.
