All employees and individuals engaged in social audit activities are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behaviour and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant social compliance requirements.

- Alignment with International Labour Principles – Conducting social audits in line with internationally recognized labour principles, including relevant ILO conventions and ETI Base Code requirements, where applicable
- Continuous Improvement – Periodically reviewing audit processes, enhancing auditor competence, and encouraging feedback to strengthen service quality
- Responsiveness to Violations – Enabling the reporting of concerns or unethical behaviour without fear of retaliation and addressing issues promptly through defined corrective actions
- Strict Enforcement – Taking appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions to protect the integrity of social audit operations
