Integrity Commitment

At IQMC Global, integrity is the foundation of all our social compliance audit activities. We are committed to conducting our work with honesty, transparency, impartiality, and strict adherence to ethical and professional standards. Integrity underpins the credibility of all social audits conducted under the IQMC Global Code of Conduct LGIW and C-TPAT frameworks.


All employees and individuals engaged in social audit activities are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behaviour and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant social compliance requirements.

Our Integrity Principles

IQMC Global upholds integrity through the following principles:

  • Ethical Conduct – Acting with honesty, responsibility, and adherence to legal and professional obligations
  • Independence and Impartiality – Identifying and avoiding conflicts of interest and safeguarding objective judgement in all social audit decisions
  • Professionalism – Maintaining respect, confidentiality, diligence, and professional conduct in all interactions with clients, auditees, and stakeholders
  • Transparency – Providing accurate, clear, and complete information on audit scope, methodology, and outcomes to support accountability
  • Alignment with International Labour Principles – Conducting social audits in line with internationally recognized labour principles, including relevant ILO conventions and ETI Base Code requirements, where applicable
  • Continuous Improvement – Periodically reviewing audit processes, enhancing auditor competence, and encouraging feedback to strengthen service quality
  • Responsiveness to Violations – Enabling the reporting of concerns or unethical behaviour without fear of retaliation and addressing issues promptly through defined corrective actions
  • Strict Enforcement – Taking appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions to protect the integrity of social audit operations
IQMC Global periodically reviews and updates its integrity framework to remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, industry expectations, and organizational needs. Through this commitment, IQMC Global ensures that all COC (LGIW) and C-TPAT social audit activities are conducted with the highest level of integrity, reinforcing trust and confidence among clients and stakeholders.
