Impartiality Commitment

At IQMC Global, impartiality is a fundamental principle that underpins the credibility and reliability of all our social compliance audit activities. We are fully committed to ensuring that all audit decisions are objective, evidence-based, transparent, and free from any undue commercial, financial, or other influences. The value of IQMC Global’s work is founded on the trust placed in our social audits conducted under the IQMC Global Code of Conduct (COC / LGIW) and C-TPAT frameworks.

To safeguard impartiality, IQMC Global actively identifies, evaluates, and manages potential conflicts of interest. All social audit personnel operate with professional independence and are required to comply with defined ethical and impartiality requirements applicable to social compliance assessments.

All personnel involved in social audits are made aware of their responsibility to identify and report any potential threats to impartiality without fear of retaliation. Where necessary, appropriate corrective actions are implemented to preserve audit integrity.

Our impartiality framework is reviewed periodically to remain aligned with applicable social compliance requirements, stakeholder expectations, and industry best practices, ensuring continued trust and credibility in our COC (LGIW) and C-TPAT social audit services.
